Fondant cakes are all the rage these days. If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at it, you’re in luck! I’ll be teaching two classes at the upcoming Kansas City Cakefest on March 3-4.

The first is a beginners fondant class and cake structure. Learn how to assemble cake layers into a two tiered cake which we’ll cover with fondant and then decorate. Learn different techniques to create beautiful fondant cakes in this three hour class.You’ll even learn how to successfully deliver your tiered cakes. This class will be scheduled for Friday, March 2nd.

The second class I’ll be teaching will be a designer handbag class. Learn how to make the latest style couture handbags all out of sugar! This class is scheduled for Monday, March 5th.
